Computational Simulation of Biomolecular Systems

James Easton

I’m interested in the development of novel therapeutics with a current focus on cyclic peptides. I use molecular dynamics and enhanced sampling methods (Replica Exchange with Solute Tempering) to investigate the conformations of cyclic peptides and I am working to better understand the structural information contained within common experimental measurements (NMR chemical shifts, NOE’s and Ion Mobility Collision Cross Sections).
